It's not just about The Beatles...or is it?: LIVERPOOL (part I.)

Before we left London, I promised myself that my whole ‘touristing’, excitement, photographing etc. won’t be just about The Beatles. Well, that kinda didn’t really work out…But!!! For my defense, I have to say that in Liverpool it’s sort of impossible to avoid it. The so called ‘The Beatles theme’ is everywhere. In cafes, clubs, of course, souvenirs, but also their statutes are randomly around the city – on the buildings, streets… (another thing which is also everywhere is football but I don’t really care about that :D #sorrynotsorry). So yeah, it is from 85% about Beatles but I have to say that Liverpool has an amazing atmosphere and is definitely worth a visit!

Ještě, než jsme odjeli z Londýna, tak jsem si slíbila, že celý moje ‚turistování‘, nadšení, focení atd. nebude jenom o Beatles. No, nějak mi to nevyšlo... Ale!!! Na svoji obranu musím říct, že to v Liverpoolu se tomu fakt moc nejde vyhnout, takzvaný ‚The Beatles theme‘ je všude. V kavárnách, klubech, samozřejmě suvenýrech, ale i jejich sochy jsou různě po městě – na budovách, ulicích… (ještě je teda všude fotbal, ale ten je mi úplně ukradenej :D #sorrynotsorry). Takže jo, je to z 85% o Beatles, ale musím říct, že Liverpool sám o sobě má super atmosféru, za vidění stopro stojí!

• Liverpool Cathedral (with an amazing panoramic view on the whole city) // Liverpoolská katedrála (s úžasným panoramatickým výhledem na město)
